Insights Discovery® profiles and workshops help teams understand behavioural preferences and use that insight to improve how they communicate, collaborate, give feedback and make decisions in everyday work.

At Unite Consulting, we use Insights Discovery® as a practical tool for team development, leadership development and stronger collaboration. The value is not in knowing the colours. The value comes when teams use the insight to improve how they work together, especially when collaboration is complex, fast moving or under pressure.

We are certified Insights Discovery® consultants and bring more than twenty years of experience using Insights in leadership teams, specialist teams, project teams and global organisations. Whenever possible, our workshops are facilitated by two consultants at no additional cost. This creates stronger facilitation, more energy and better attention to both team dynamics and individual participants.

A shared language for collaboration

Insights Discovery® is based on four colour energies that describe different behavioural preferences. The colours make it easier to understand how people communicate, build relationships, structure work, make decisions and respond to change.

The strength of the model is its simplicity. It gives teams a language they can use immediately in everyday work. Instead of making collaboration personal or difficult to discuss, the colours help people talk about differences in a constructive, practical and respectful way.

Participants receive individual Insights Discovery® profiles, and team workshops can also include a team profile. This creates insight at both individual and team level. The workshop then translates that insight into practical application, so Insights becomes more than a profile. It becomes a tool for better collaboration.

Follow-up

After the workshop, we follow up to support reflection, learning and continued use of Insights in daily collaboration.
