A practical team workshop that turns self awareness into stronger communication, better collaboration and more conscious leadership behaviour.
Insights Discovery® profiles and workshops help teams understand behavioural preferences and use that insight to improve how they communicate, collaborate, give feedback and make decisions in everyday work.
At Unite Consulting, we use Insights Discovery® as a practical tool for team development, leadership development and stronger collaboration. The value is not in knowing the colours. The value comes when teams use the insight to improve how they work together, especially when collaboration is complex, fast moving or under pressure.
We are certified Insights Discovery® consultants and bring more than twenty years of experience using Insights in leadership teams, specialist teams, project teams and global organisations. Whenever possible, our workshops are facilitated by two consultants at no additional cost. This creates stronger facilitation, more energy and better attention to both team dynamics and individual participants.

Let’s discuss the right Insights workshop for your team
A shared language for collaboration
Insights Discovery® is based on four colour energies that describe different behavioural preferences. The colours make it easier to understand how people communicate, build relationships, structure work, make decisions and respond to change.
The strength of the model is its simplicity. It gives teams a language they can use immediately in everyday work. Instead of making collaboration personal or difficult to discuss, the colours help people talk about differences in a constructive, practical and respectful way.
Participants receive individual Insights Discovery® profiles, and team workshops can also include a team profile. This creates insight at both individual and team level. The workshop then translates that insight into practical application, so Insights becomes more than a profile. It becomes a tool for better collaboration.

The Insights Discovery® model helps teams understand behavioural preferences through four colour energies.

Three levels of Insights Discovery® workshops
Insights Discovery® can create value at different levels depending on your team’s starting point, maturity and ambition.
Some teams need a strong shared foundation. Others already know the colour energies and want to apply the model more actively in daily collaboration. Leadership teams may want to use Insights Discovery® as a practical tool for leadership behaviour, alignment and execution.
Our workshops are built around three levels. You can start at the level that fits your team best, or use the levels as a development journey over time.

Leadership effectiveness
The three levels in more detail
Level 1:
Shared foundation
For teams that are new to Insights Discovery® or want a stronger common language for collaboration.
Level 1 creates a practical and shared understanding of the Insights Discovery® model. Each participant works with their own profile and explores how the four colour energies show up in communication, collaboration and everyday teamwork.
This level is especially useful when a team wants to build trust, create a common foundation and improve how people understand each other.
Level 1 is relevant when your team wants to:
• Build a shared language for collaboration
• Understand individual differences and preferences
• Strengthen trust and psychological safety
• Improve everyday communication
• Create a foundation for further team development
Level 2:
From awareness to application
For teams that already know the basics and want to use Insights Discovery® more actively in daily work.
Level 2 moves the team from understanding the model to applying it in real team situations. The focus is on how behavioural preferences influence communication, meetings, feedback, conflict, stakeholder collaboration and decision making.
This level is especially useful when a team already has a basic understanding of Insights Discovery®, but wants to turn awareness into better ways of working.
Level 2 is relevant when your team wants to:
• Apply Insights Discovery® to real work situations
• Improve communication in meetings and collaboration
• Give and receive feedback more effectively
• Reduce friction and misunderstandings
• Create practical team agreements that can be used immediately
Level 3:
Leadership impact and execution
For leadership teams and experienced teams that want to use Insights Discovery® as a leadership and execution tool.
Level 3 connects behavioural insight to leadership impact, team alignment and execution. The focus is on how leaders communicate direction, create clarity, make choices, build psychological safety and adapt their style to different stakeholders and situations.
This level is especially useful for leadership teams that want to move beyond individual awareness and use Insights Discovery® as a practical tool for leadership effectiveness.
Level 3 is relevant when your team wants to:
• Strengthen leadership team alignment
• Improve leadership communication under pressure
• Create clearer leadership behaviours
• Strengthen psychological safety and trust
• Connect strategy, leadership, culture and team dynamics
