Maria Boese is a strategic and globally experienced executive consultant who draws on more than 20 years in senior leadership roles. Built and led high-performing global teams of up to 500 employees, fostering collaboration and results.
Maria helps organisations and leaders create clarity, connection, and alignment building sustainable growth through strong leadership and cohesive teams. Maria brings extensive experience from driving enterprise transformations and large-scale organisational development initiatives. She combines a deep understanding of human behaviour, business strategy, and cultural diversity to guide leaders and teams towards clarity, engagement and team effectiveness and performance.

Shakeel Dar
Shakeel Dar is a senior leader with over 15 years of international experience driving organisational transformation and operational excellence. A certified LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, he specialises in strategic execution, project and portfolio management, and digital transformation across global enterprises.
Having lived and worked in multiple countries, Shakeel brings a global perspective and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing international teams. Grounded in Insights Discovery principles, he is dedicated to developing cohesive teams, strengthening organisational alignment, and coaching leaders to achieve their full potential. His data-driven approach delivers measurable results, optimises operations, and forges strategic partnerships that enable sustainable growth.
